We are organizing a global combined conference against RACISM and HUMAN TRAFFICKING in U.S.A and DAKAR SENEGAL WEST AFRICA. It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in this global combined international conference, taking place from 17th to 20th August 2009 at Washington D.C in the United States of America and in Dakar- Senegal Africa from 24th to 27th August 2009.

Hello,
I am very glad to receive your mail. I will like you to contact the
conference secretariat for more information. They will reach you with
all the necessary information regarding this conference.
You should also inform them that you were invited to participate by a
friend of yours (Miss. Caroline Carter), who is a member of the
International Committee, of the Red Cross and a staff of the (WORLD
HUMAN RIGHT ORGANIZATION).
Do know that delegates are welcome as individuals or group to
represent their country. And as per stipulation of the conference
Organizing Committee, any Organization or group of person's, willing
to participate as a group must be within the range of two (2) and four
(4). That is no group should be less than two (2) or more than four
(4), to represent a country and note that their will be a translators
at the conference hull to translate all languages for the conference
is not for only those that speaks English.
Be informed that the organizing committee is fully responsible for all
registered participants travelling document (Visa), Round trip air
tickets and their accommodation here in the states where the first
phase of the event will be held. Registered participants are only
responsible for their hotel booking accommodation in Africa, where the
second phase of the conference will be held due to the inability of
our partner organizations to mobilize enough funds to sponsor the
number of expected delegates to attend both conferences.
Endeavour to update me with every step you take to enable me follow up
the processing of your Documents, as I was the one who invited you so
as to receive the entitled travelling documents on time.

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS: A minimum of two (2) or a maximum of
five (5) persons are expected to participate together as a group or
organization to represent their Country or organization in the forth
coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age
and delegates must participate in both Conferences.
Note: Very Important, It is not necessary that one must belong to an
organization to be eligible to attend this event, he or she can also
participate as an individual or a group of 2 to 5 members if he or she
is not capable to form a group to represent a Country or organization,
he or she is also eligible to participate as an individual and all
registered delegate are to attend the both conference for they are of
two different topics which is RACISM and HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

information numbers to us, as soon as possible, as all participants
visa assistance request will be forwarded to the U.S Department of
State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax to
the consular section of the U.S. Embassy, in your country of

Note again that, delegates will only be responsible for their own
hotel booking in Dakar Senegal Africa for the second phase of the
event, which is to prove that delegates will attend the both
conference, and delegates will not remain here in the united state
after the first phase of the conference. ... And also note that
delegate that has valid visa to the United State, still needs to be
registered for the conference purpose. All registered participants are
entitled to round trip air tickets, meals and accommodation which will
be provided during their stay in the U.S.

I've wanted to join hands with aWHORE for a long time. It's been a dream of mine, actually.
Instead of writing out all my information, I thought I'd just attach a copy of my passport. I want you to send a copy to theWHORE I'll be dealing with, and any other possibleWHOREs I'll be dealing with.
I figure I need only about 15 to 20 minutes down time between 'transactions'.
